The management and staff of TRA Certification International are committed to providing a level of service which meets and, where possible, exceeds the expectations of all with whom we work - including both regulatory authorities and clients.

Also, we understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities, manages conflict of interest and ensure the objectivity of its certification activities.
